Aristo Sim

The Aristo Sim is designed to control a 6-Axis articulated robot (Aristo) in a virtual environment once the simulated program is satisfactory and meets the required process the program can be loaded to the real-time robots(Aristo) to carry out this experiments. Thus Aristo Sim can work as a stand alone system and can also be combined with Real-time Robot (Aristo) for training of engineering students and industry professionals

Mec Sim

Mechatronics Virtual Simulation software which as the capabilities of 3D simulating of these automated sysytem( XY Table, linear slide base, Rotary Table, Linear Conveyor. This mechatronics simulation software aims at controlling and simulating the various and important automation systems used in industries. Thus giving the students an opportunity to learn and use these automation system prior before entering the Automation industries

PLC Trainer

The PLC Simulator is a training instrument, which helps the students to study and improve programming skills. Study includes Windows based Ladder Logic diagram program design. This instruments is used to study the rudiments of PLC operations, interfacing with external devices, evaluate pilot plant project designs etc. Many useful interfaces are professionally built into the system, instead searching for components, hand wire and assemble them.

Liner Slide & Belt Conveyor

Liner Slide base which as the capabilities of controlling the linear movent along an axis. Students can make use
of this kit to control the linear movement of the slide with

Pneumatic Kit

Rotary Table

Rotary Table which as the capabilities of controlling the rotary movement of the conveyor about an axis. This kit to control the rotary movements of the conveyor depending on the application: can track the count of indexed intervals etc, aware of Geneva mechanism application, bi- directionsl control.

X-Y Table

X-Y Table positioning control which as the capabilities of controllig the positioning of X & Y within the Table.

This XY table controlling software aims at controlling the table movemnts with ease to control and flexibility in handling.
