Bottling / Packaging System

It is an integrated practical laboratory simulation of miniature bottling plant. Containers / bottles are dispensed on to the belt conveyor. The conveyor senses the bottles and carries them to the linear conveyor system, which transports each bottle to the 2 axes, Pick and Place module. The transfer unit places the bottle on the rotary indexing table. The rotary module indexes the bottle through volumetric filling and capping modules. At the end, the rotary transfer module transfers the bottle to the weighing module. After weighing, XY palletizing module palletizes the containers. As an option, the system can be equipped with a colour sensor and a second filling unit and capping unit for two types of material filling (example Cola (black) and Orange (orange).
