Modular Automation Production System (MAPS)
MAPS is a modular system, built up using different stations, thus enveloping the concept of modularity. Each station is a stand-alone system, comprising of different functional modules. The functional module makes up the smallest unit in the MAPS. It emulates various functions like transporting, processing, testing etc. Each module requires electrical / pneumatic / hydraulic elements for which the necessary connections are provided.
 
MAPS 1 - Weighing and Palletizing System
The system consists of a conveyor module on which containers of metallic and non-metallic material and/or containers of a fixed height are placed. MAPS 2 - Inspection and Weighing System
